Under The Hood.

DiGiCo Quantum 638은 싱글 또는 듀얼 엔진 구성이 가능한 256채널 믹싱 콘솔로, 38개의 물리 페이더와 3개의 17인치 고해상도 LCD 터치스크린을 갖추고 있습니다. 5개의 대규모 FPGA가 제공하는 강력한 성능을 결합한 Quantum 638은 디지털 믹싱 콘솔의 기준을 새롭게 정의합니다.


최대 256개의 입력 채널, 128개의 Aux / Sub-Group 버스, 그리고 익숙한 LR / LCR / 5.1 Master 버스를 제공합니다. 또한 48 x 48 프로세싱 매트릭스, 36개의 컨트롤 그룹, 2개의 Solo 버스, 48개의 FX Rack 슬롯, 32개의 그래픽 EQ를 탑재하고 있습니다. 기본 사양으로는 Mustard Processing 채널 스트립, Spice Rack 플러그인 스타일의 네이티브 FPGA 프로세싱 옵션, Nodal Processing, True Solo가 포함됩니다.


I/O

With the arrival of the new Quantum 638, it couldn’t provide anything but the best when it comes to connectivity.


Local I/O: Quantum 638’s local I/O includes 8 Stadius 32 bit analogue inputs, 8 Stadius 32 bit analogue outputs and 8 Bit Perfect AES I/O


MADI: Quantum 638 offers 8 MADI in/out at 48kHz, which can also be configured as 4 redundant MADI I/O with full channel count at 96kHz.


Optocore: The  Quantum 638 comes as standard with one Optocore fibre loop, which is 504 channels of audio; there can be up to 14 DiGiCo racks, or a combination of racks and tie-lines around the loop. There is also the option to upgrade to dual Optocore loops. That’s 1,008 Optocore channels of audio and 28 racks running.


DMI: We have also incorporated four dedicated DMI slots (two per engine) to accommodate the growing family of DiGiCo DMI card options. Allowing the console connectivity to be configured for the demand of the tour or event, you could plug in a Dante module, or the latest automatic mic mixing module. Each dedicated DMI slot provides you with an additional 48 x 48 I/O.
